From camera webhook to a human on the phone
GuardDog is an alerting layer on your existing fleet cameras, not a new camera to install.
1. Event fires
Your dashcam sends a collision, distraction, drowsiness, or speeding webhook.
2. AI voice calls
GuardDog calls the first contact in the chain with event details and asks for acknowledgment.
3. Chain escalates
Voicemail does not count. If nobody answers, GuardDog calls the next manager until someone does.
4. SMS event link
A text with the dashcam clip goes out so the person who picked up can review footage immediately.
Keep the cameras you already pay for
Native dashcam stacks detect events and ping the driver or an inbox. GuardDog adds a call chain on top of cameras you already run, including Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Rosco, and Surfsight.
$10 per unit per month includes unlimited incident texts. AI phone calls are $1 each when you want live escalation. No 36-month camera lock-in.
GuardDog is fleet camera safety alerting. It is not Mack GuardDog Connect, which is vehicle uptime telematics.
See camera integrationsWhat competitors send
In-cab audio, email, SMS, or a safety inbox. Two-way voice is usually manager to driver through the camera, not camera-event to the next manager on the call list.
What GuardDog does
Calls the duty manager, detects a real pickup vs voicemail, escalates unanswered alerts, and texts the event link.
