GuardDog provides an AI-powered fleet camera safety monitoring and phone call alert service. We monitor dashcam safety events and automatically call designated contacts through an escalation chain. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities

- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not abuse or misuse the service
4. Payment Terms
Users are charged $9.99 per monitored unit per month. Charges are processed monthly via Stripe. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to users.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GuardDog, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
GuardDog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. GuardDog is a supplementary safety tool and does not replace proper fleet safety procedures and protocols.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
