What counts as a paid call?
GuardDog charges $1 for each placed phone call. An incident may require more than one call if it moves through several contacts. A text acknowledgment before the call window ends can avoid the fallback call.
What happens when I reach my call budget?
GuardDog skips further paid calls until the next UTC month. Incident text alerts continue. Set the budget in Alerting and review unresolved incidents in Events.
When does a discovered camera become billable?
Finding a device in your provider account does not make it a monitored unit. Assignment creates or links the unit and camera used for monitoring and unit-based billing.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Open Subscription in GuardDog to manage billing and view your subscription. Your camera provider subscription is separate.
